More Contradictions And Disagreements In The Gospels: "When The Bible Gets The Bible Wrong"


Do you believe a God worthy of respect would even suggest that killing your child was a righteous obligation?

Sounds like Moloch worship to me.

It also seems to me that ever since Abraham, the derivative Abrahamic religions have been unusually predisposed to kill people - especially "heretics" which is to say people who are not exactly like they are, right down the core credo of each religion.

Most "conservative" "Christians" (who are neither) are inextricably twisted due to their unshakeable faith in biblical inerrancy and infallible biblical literalism. 
This exceedingly narrow focus on manifest impossibilites, coupled with such Christians' know-it-all mindset, a mindset that persuades them they don't need to learn, nor conduct rigorous research, nor undertake any activity that might dent their ignorance (derived from the word "ignore"... ignore--ance) is what makes them so obtuse, so cantankerously self-certain. And the more self-certain they become, the more they build themselves a house of cards.

Karen, you've been bamboozled.

You cannot lay claim to The Big Lie, and also lay claim to having certain knowledge of God's Truth, most importantly the truth that "God is Truth."

(John Calvin pointed out that "All truth is God's Truth."


If Jesus is an embodiment of God, then God is Truth.

We also have it on good authority that "God is Love."


My God is Love, Karen.

And I do not see how the substance of my belief that God is Love is in any way lacking.

Furthermore, I love God foremost when I participate in God's loving nature - when I actually embody Love... when I "do" the "work" of Love.



This is The Way.

The Way is not so much a belief system as a self-validating activity, whose validity becomes self-evident as you live your life along The Way, in Light of the indwelling Truth of The Way.

Books (like the bible) can be instructive, but they are by nature "bookish."

And yes, many people need them as guide books.

But incarnation, embodiment, enfleshment IS The Way.

Once you're in the place that the guide book pointed you toward, then your engagement of "Life on the ground" takes over, and the guide book is jettisoned except for occasional reference.

The Way is the way. 

The "other thing" is mostly words.

And yes, some people need words.

But ultimately, the words are "pointers to The Way."

Once you're on the way, the enlightenment and satisfaction of Love -- indiscriminate love that does not need to "damn other people to hell" any more becomes self-instructive -- and completely satifying. 

There is no longer any need for bitterness, ill will, moaning grievance or spite.

At minimum, one is cleansed of any perceived need to see Donald Trump as a political savior. (I will add that I do not hate Donald Trump, and I do not damn Donald Trump. I believe he is a child of God and will, eventually, be converted to The Way.)

God is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Donald Trump is a liar, and my saying so is neither a false claim nor an ungodly judgment. 

It is a simple statement of Truth.

I can provide hundreds - or even thousands - of proofs that Malignant Messiah lies, proofs that will make you say, "Yes, that -- as a matter of fact -- is a lie."

For brevity's sake, I will provide one particularly egregious Trump-truth-turd.


If you want more incontrovertible proof of Trump's lies, just ask.

I assure you my friend, I can supply you with Trump-truth-turds until kingdom comes.

And YOU will acknowledge (at least to yourself, if not to me), that every proof I provide satisfies you that Trump has lied yet again.

Karen, you seem to need membership in a "club" - to prove to yourself, and to the world - that you are REALLY a true believer, one of "The Saved," a clubbishness that conveniently "leaves the door open" for you to judge who is not saved, who does not measure up, and who -- like me -- "is going to Hell" if I don't proclaim Jesus as my Lord and Savior... the way you do.


Everything else -- even bible worship -- is meaningless without love.


You can - and should - love this misguided fellow.

But if you vote for him, you will not align yourself with the Love that God is.
