Alan: Not that Republicans have any intention of proposing an actual healthcare bill, but... if we imagine such an occurrence, you can be sure the bill would be accurately called the Healthcare Deprivation Act.

Note well.
The reason why Republicans will not propose a healthcare policy is that they are constitutionally incapable of proposing universal coverage.
In fact, Republicans believe that “ne’er-do-wells” should die, preferably sooner rather than later - and if it’s a needlessly painful death, so much the better.
In the main, this is true.
I realize Republicans have their rationale, which is to say millions of people are not worthy of affordable or free healthcare.
This belief demonstrates the deeply-rooted, deliberate cruelty that has corrupted American “conservatism” - thereby coming very close to transforming the GOP into something satanic.
