Even if we don't have multiple eye witnesses -- yet -- the multiple character witnesses whom we do have exceed Trump's own bar for what passes as an acceptable account of reality.
Most notably, you focus on the questionability of honorable character witnesses, but do not credit the actual testimony of Generals Mattis, Kelly and McMaster.

When I joined the military, some 50 years ago, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Never did I dream that troops taking that same oath would be ordered under any circumstance to violate the Constitutional rights of their fellow citizens — much less to provide a bizarre photo op for the elected commander-in-chief, with military leadership standing alongside.
And General Kelly has offered his blanket affirmation of what Mattis says.
By supporting Trump, you are no friend of the United States, nor the constitutional vision of The Founding Fathers.
