Do you think the Wisconsin judge should not have been arrested?

Allen Sale I see it as intimidating other judges so I find that concerning.

Elodie Bentley, so what do we do when a judge breaks a federal law?

Allen Sale research it. There are procedures…

Elodie Bentley, as far as I can tell, those procedures are being followed. There are two procedures. One to address the criminal aspect, the other to remove/disbar.

Allen Sale What do we do when a president trashes the constitution? (I can go into more detail if you’d like, but to site one example, there is His Malignancy’s total disregard “due process.”)And what should generals do by way of faithfulness to their oath to uphold and “defend the constitution against all enemies, domestic and foreign”?

As a case in point, take Trump's contempt for "due process." By a 9 to 0 vote, the Supreme Court ordered Trump to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia from the El Salvador prison where His Malignancy -- in the dead of night -- dumped him... and then refused to comply with the court order.
For Christ's sake, Allen, you couldn't get more than a 7 to 2 Supreme Court decision if Trump were to appeal a conviction for shooting someone on Fifth Avenue in broad daylight.
Even Joe Rogan -- Joe Rogan... quisling par excellence -- has turned against Mafia Don. https://www.facebook.com/reel/697891579357859
I encourage you to watch Joe Rogan's clip as soon as you get up in the morning.
This habit will go a long way toward preventing the rationalization that Trump is anything other than a bad man whose primary goal (as David Brooks recently said), is to make common cause with pal Putin "to make the world safe for gangsters."
(If you want a whole laundry list of Trump's contempt for the Constitution, just let me know.)
And what should America's generals do by way of keeping faith with their solemnly sworn oath to uphold and “defend the constitution against all enemies, domestic and foreign”?
We are in a constitutional crisis, and if the Supreme Court does not "put Trump in his place" very soon, let the generals and admirals create a constitutional crisis of their own by banishing him. St. Helena is available.
I do not like this idea, but I find it preferable to letting Trump trash it all.
And -- at minimum -- a military coup would force a constitutional crisis.
And, it may be the only way to prevent Trump's dictatorial consolidation of power.
Indeed, the mere threat of a military coup would build a fire under The Supreme Court, ensuring that they do the right thing... before the generals act up.
Bring it on!
I will close with this marvelous clip from Jon Stewart.
It may not be exactly "on point," but it's pretty damn close.
These fascists -- including their cult leader -- have no place in a nation of Laws... except what "due process" grants them.
If Trump can disappear American citizens - as he is now doing - maybe "we" can use his presidential precedent.
In the aggregate, these anti-democratic authoritarians are, substantively - and by their own admission - traitors.
And by electing Trump... well you decide.
Is it right that the United States be ruled by seditious underperforming Middle Schoolers.
Every American general and admiral is sworn to protect and defend the Constitution "against all enemies, domestic and foreign."
If only to keep these "United" States out of Trump's dictatorial pocket, I say the generals should banish him.

Taking away due process for anyone is a direct threat on due process for everyone. Thats just how it works. This should be freaking people out, and @joerogan is spot on.

What? What? And Republicans wonder why some of us are critical of them? Seriously?
