Last night, Walz garnered more press (and popular) condemnation for being caught for misrepresenting the truth in one overly enthusiastic misstatement about his time in Hong Kong and China.
Or, if you prefer, call it a lie.
Or, if you prefer, call it a "BIG LIE."
But the substantive Truth of last night's debate is this:
Walz has been found to tell one lie in an illustrious 40 year career.
And this one pecadillo overshadows his excellent debate "performance," a debate in which J.D. Vance - at the other podium - refused to denounce Trump's Big Lie that he won the 2020 election.
Nor could Vance muster enough honesty to state that Trump was guilty of inciting his followers to seditious insurrection on January 6th.
Instead, he scurried (not unlike a cockroach in the shadows) to a totally unrelated assertion that The Future of American Democracy hinged on Kamala Harris willingness to censor Facebook.
Puh-leeze!!!
C'mon, folks...
Can I hear a "WTF?"
