Garland says Capitol riot probe will be first priority
Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, attorney general nominee Merrick Garland drew parallels to the domestic terrorism threat the Justice Department faced in confronting the Ku Klux Klan and the prosecution he led of the Oklahoma City bombing.
