Trump took money from the troops to try to repair existing parts of a border wall. And then he claimed it was all new construction. The point is you still have no corroboration to your claims. Just because the McCain story is true doesn’t make the other one true. So it’s nice how you use the same ploys on me that are used against Trump. Changing the context to fit your narrative. I didn’t say you were a "Hateful little commie scumbag." I said you could chose to be one or love freedom and your country.
Your portrayal of several reporters corroborating what Trump said is a lie. One reporter said she got it from impeachable sources that she cannot name. The other reporters spoke to her integrity but could not corroborate any part of the story or source. Therefore it is questionable at best and definitely not a fact. The amount of lies being bounced around is incredible so I understand it’s hard to sift through what’s real and what is proven. This is not proven. It is hearsay against the president. I’m sure the Democrats would guarantee his protection if he came forward and stated where he was and who heard these utterances. You speak of Mattis yet he hasn’t come out to say he heard it? He thinks he’s a f**king nazi traitor and he’s not willing to say yep I heard him say that?
As to the other Generals we all know Generals are politicians and have lots of interest in defense contractor jobs and continued wars so in my mind they are suspect as well.

More importantly, Trump himself bases nearly all his views on hearsay. "Lots of people tell me." "That's what people say."
Even if we don't have multiple eye witnesses -- yet -- the multiple character witnesses whom we do have exceed Trump's own bar for what passes as an acceptable account of reality.
Most notably, you focus on the questionability of honorable character witnesses, but do not credit the actual testimony of Generals Mattis, Kelly and McMaster.

When I joined the military, some 50 years ago, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Never did I dream that troops taking that same oath would be ordered under any circumstance to violate the Constitutional rights of their fellow citizens — much less to provide a bizarre photo op for the elected commander-in-chief, with military leadership standing alongside.
And General Kelly has offered his blanket affirmation of what Mattis says.
By supporting Trump, you are no friend of the United States, nor the constitutional vision of The Founding Fathers.
